A nice idea to have all JD Motors staff in one picture but with some out on the road and others normally found in our Rushmoor garage we have to present small groups together.

Here we see Andy Bell [Recovery Operative], Dave Drew [Senior Partner], Emma Drew [Administration], Adam Bradley [Vehicle Technican] and Jamie Gordon [MOT Tester].

With a fresh hot coffee to hand our Control Room Operator Ian Madden keeps tabs on current incidents using DigiCore's vehicle tracking system and Turbo Despatch from MTS.

Our Control Room is manned 24/7 365 days a year.

Ah, it's gone 6pm so our Receptionist Michelle Ingram has gone home for the day.

I'll return in the morning to take a further batch of pictures.

Sue Summers [Accountant] spreads her working week between our garages located in Alton and Rushmoor with the daily battle to ensure that Company income matches expenditure. No easy task in today's economic climate but with a loyal customer base and a steady stream of new customers, the future is looking very bright.

If there is not an incident out on the road to attend then our recovery driver Tony Steer can be seen in the workshop helping out our vehicle technicans with the jobs of the day which usually means after service valeting.
