Ground Breaking Major Sponsorship Deals from Mini Sport and Vision Hire for JD Motors Mini Miglia. Mini Sport is a name that every Mini owner
knows and respects and it is Dave's privilege to race with the support of these two companies in 2010.
So what's the plan for 2010? Dave says: "We've made lots of improvements over the winter period, and I believe were in a strong position to challenge for
the 2010 title. Last season proved we can mix with the best, and gave us an opportunity to learn the car and circuits. Although this is not the normal advertising
package for Vision, their support has been a great help."
Vision had made the decision to only sponsor industry events, as opposed to individuals, but as Dave and Emma Drew have worked with Vision since
1995 and had become great friends as well as supportive business colleagues, Vision's directors decided to exceptionally continue with sponsorship
for Dave.
Dave Drew has also got his 2010 campaign off to a flying start with additional backing from Mini Sport Ltd. Dave took pole position and a podium finish in
only his fourth Miglia race and is over the moon to have such a prestigious name on his car in only his second season of the championship.
Jonathan Harper from Mini Sport Ltd said: "This is a groundbreaking sponsorship deal for us, one that holds great excitement and anticipation for
2010. Mini Sports DNA is in motorsport, and over the years our company colours have adorned many Championship winning Minis. Dave Drew is a top
bloke who's professional approach and presentation ticked all the boxes for us, making it a relatively easy decision to give our backing to him and break
into Mini Miglia". |
