JD Motors has a fleet of over a dozen recovery vehicles working out of their premises in Alton and Farnham ready to provide
assistance anytime day or night 24 hours a day for roadside repairs or vehicle recovery. We work on behalf of motoring organisations,
the emergency services, insurance companies and the general public.
The Company has invested heavily in technology with satellite tracking equipment and in cab computer terminals fitted into most of
the recovery vehicles. Tracking data and incident information is synchronized with terminals in our control room enabling the fleet
to be effectively deployed to the advantage of customers.
Apart from the service vans, vehicles are equipped with winches compatible to the vehicle and safe working loads
and they carry equipment as designated by police contract specifications.
In order to comply with every breakdown organisations' exacting standards we have Quality Assurance Certification in the form of
ISO 9001 and PAS 43 accreditation. We are members of the trade body
Association of Vehicle Recovery
Operators.
We pride ourselves in the condition and cleanliness of our fleet of vehicles and if you are unfortunate to need our services we
would welcome an entry in the Customer Feedback Page. This panel will
display a picture and details of each truck currently in our fleet by placing your cursor over a blue fleet number
seen below. |
