Just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for all your help with James's Corsa. I know you have done all you can and it has been much appreciated. It is not often these days that you find a company who you feel genuinely have your best interests at heart and we have appreciated your honesty and efforts on our behalf. We will certainly be using you in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to people. Thanks again.

Your kind and very cheerful driver, turned what could have been a very traumatic incident into one where I ended up laughing, he was full of funny little quips and was extremely efficient, courteous and helpful. An asset to your company, thank you.

This e mail is to express my appreciation of the courtesy and service of your emergency low loader truck mechanic who assisted me in Farnham early yesterday evening.
The RAC arranged the assistance from Osborn Road Farnham because my vehicle was unable to be driven to the repair centre in Weydon Lane, Farnham. Your company attende the scene very quickly and your employee (sorry I dont have his name) was very helpful and efficient. I express my sincere thanks for that.

Excellent service for my Audi A4 valet and antifreeze check, facilities second to none, I enjoyed our frame of snooker, although next time I will give you more than a 68 point start as this proved woefully inadequate. Your eye is not bad but keep your head down on the shot.............we can't all be Alex Higgins One other small thing to mention, would it kill you to supply some chalk, my break may not have stopped at 133 had the chalk we were using not been of the blackboard variety All the best Andy, kindest regards Tony

I just wanted to thank Andy for his outstanding service on 15th October 2007. He lifted our spirits, showed sincere concern, made sure we were safe and comfortable and really went above and beyond the call of duty.
We wish there were more 'Andy's' in the service industry.

I would to thank you for your excellent service today in rectifying my ridiculous mistake. I am horrified to have to admit to adding petrol to my tatty but reliable old turbo diesel citroen zx. You took it away, sorted it out and popped it back without a word of criticism or blame. Thank you. This was an expensive mistake but you made it bearable.

I just wanted to thank your team of two for their excellent effort in working out the best method of recovering my wife's VW Sharan from its crash site against a beech tree in my garden, when the car's handbrake appeared to have failed.
They were highly professional and there is no doubt that the method used saved significant further damage to the undercarriage of this car as it had to be recovered in the dark from the far side of a small wall.

I would be most grateful if you could pass my thanks to the operators who came to my rescue on Sunday 2nd September 2007 when my alternator on my Renault Dauphine failed on the journey to London from the Goodwood Revival.
Neither of them could have been more helpful or efficient.
